The most important thing about our exhaust systems: Lightweight – the lowest possible weight
The titanium we use for our exhaust systems, produced by our Japanese supplier Kobe Steel, is made worldwide exclusively for us. It has a tensile strength three times higher and a higher heat resistance than any other titanium available on the open market, and it is lighter than stainless steel. This very high tensile strength allows us to use thinner walls without changing the quality requirements. This is a crucial advantage for our customers in motorsport.

Our love of detail
The mechanics of an exhaust system seem fairly simple at first glance. They are, however, very complex products that have a considerable effect on the performance of a road or racing car. Long years in motorsport have shown us what to focus on to deliver the highest performance, a long service life and minimum weight. Sound is also very important: unnecessary resonances or excessive noise levels become tiring and disturbing in the long run. You have to understand how to enhance the positive sound character of an engine without losing sight of suitability for everyday use.

Performance
In the motorcycle sector we are used to not being satisfied straight away. We only release a product for series production when we are convinced that we have reached the % of what is possible. Our goal is to improve performance and deliver higher torque. At our company, a product sometimes runs more cycles on the test bench until the very last detail is optimised. This is certainly not cheap, but it is simply our ambition to achieve the optimum. The most modern equipment in the world is available to our engineers, which makes development easier and allows us to integrate into our products the know-how gathered on many race tracks around the world, right up to Formula . Our engineers deal every day with exhaust gas velocity, dynamic pressure, flow resistance and the vibration behaviour of exhaust gases to deliver an absolutely high-performing product
