Sports steering wheel
A sports steering wheel, often smaller and with a thicker rim, gives more direct steering and a better grip. It is fitted with a vehicle-specific hub adapter.
The original steering wheel contains the airbag: a sports steering wheel without an airbag is intended primarily for motorsport. Find out before using it on the road (Homologations).
Harnesses and seat belts
For road use, a seat belt must be ECE-approved; FIA-homologated 4, 5 or 6-point harnesses are intended for motorsport. Our 3-point harnesses attach to the vehicle's anchorage points and come in several colours.
Bucket seats
A bucket seat holds you better in corners and often lowers the driving position. It is fitted with vehicle-specific mounting brackets; for road use, both the seat and its mounting must be approved. Contact us to check compatibility with your car.
Frequently asked questions
Is a sports steering wheel allowed on the road?
Replacing the original steering wheel, and therefore the airbag, is a modification to the vehicle: find out before using it on the road. See Homologations.
What is the difference between an ECE and an FIA harness?
ECE approval covers road use; FIA homologation covers motorsport, with its own fitting rules and period of validity.
